It seems unlikely at the moment that Musk will successfully acquire Ryanair. This is because Ireland is a member of the European Union, and EU laws stipulate that airlines must be majority owned by EU citizens or citizens of member countries. The aviation industry is a heavily regulated industry. In the United States, the rules are even stricter, with foreign companies not allowed to hold more than a 25% stake.
