Anner announced that its controlling shareholder, New Creation Source, and its concerted actor Jin Xiangyuan Duohell No. 4 originally planned to increase their total shareholding in the company by 2.03%. From December 29, 2025, to January 16, 2026, Jin Xiangyuan Duohell No. 4 increased its holding by 4.3259 million shares through centralized bidding, accounting for 2.03% of the total share capital, with an increase amount of 74.9737 million yuan. After this increase, Jin Xiangyuan Duohell No. 4's shareholding ratio increased to 3.00%, and New Creation Source and its concerted actors' total shareholding ratio increased to 16.03%. The increase plan was completed, and it will not cause changes in the controlling shareholder or the actual controller.
