TCL Technology: Chairman nominates Wang Cheng as CEO of the company

TCL Technology announced that, due to operational management needs, the chairman of the company, Li Dongsheng, has nominated Wang Cheng to serve as the company's CEO, responsible for all daily operational management work. Li Dongsheng will no longer hold both positions. On January 19, 2026, the 19th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors approved the proposal, with Wang Cheng serving until the end of the 8th Board of Directors' term. Wang Cheng is currently the company's Chief Operating Officer, and holds 268,220 shares of the company's stock, meeting the qualifications for the position.
