The person in charge of the Supreme People's Procuratorate stated that prosecutorial authorities must always take strong measures and have "zero tolerance" towards crimes against minors. They will strictly punish crimes such as sexual assault, harm, and abuse against minors. For minors involved in crimes, they must strike a balance between punishment and protection.
