Over the past five years, Hebei Province has established 113 "Science and Technology Service Teams" to carry out more than 400 scientific and technological service activities in relevant cities, counties, enterprises, and industrial parks. They have set up 300 doctoral innovation stations, collected over a thousand technology requirements from companies, and promoted over a hundred doctoral achievements. 25 research bases have been established under the provincial science association, and a database of high-level scientific and technological talents with 894 experts has been created. They have innovatively launched special actions to assist enterprises, with each city's science association partnering with 166 companies, collecting 239 needs and problems, and already resolving 217 of them, providing precise support to help businesses thrive.
