Starting from January 19th, the railway 12306 platform has launched a limited time free refund service for passengers who mistakenly purchase tickets. Passengers who purchase train tickets for February 2nd or later through the railway 12306 platform, if they mistakenly purchase the tickets within 30 minutes of payment and more than 4 hours before departure, can apply for a refund online without any refund fee.
