A federal judge in Minnesota Minneapolis has issued a restrictive ruling on the law enforcement actions of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), limiting ICE agents from deploying chemical irritants on crowds and explicitly prohibiting law enforcement officers from taking retaliatory actions against protesters exercising their freedom of speech.
