China Petroleum and other companies have established an energy trading company in Haikou.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, China Oil Energy Trading Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Mingjiang as the legal representative and a registered capital of 23.3 million yuan. Its business scope includes retail of tobacco products, operation of gas stations for natural gas vehicles, sales of electric vehicle charging equipment, lubricant sales, and sales of hydrogen refueling and storage facilities for stations. The equity penetration shown by Qi Cha Cha indicates that the company is jointly held by China Petroleum's China Petroleum Hainan Sales Co., Ltd. and Haikou Longhua City Investment Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.
