Tesla applied for the Tesla Smart trademark in China.

Tianyancha's intellectual property information shows that recently, Tesla Inc. has applied to register two "Tesla Smart" trademarks, classified internationally as scientific instruments and website services. Both trademarks are currently in the status of awaiting substantive examination.
