The China Automotive Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance released data showing that in December 2025, the domestic installed capacity of power batteries was 98.1GWh, an increase of 4.9% month-on-month and 35.1% year-on-year. From January to December 2025, the cumulative installed capacity of power batteries in China reached 769.7GWh, with a cumulative year-on-year growth of 40.4%.
