Suggestion of the Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China on Formulating the Fifteenth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development of Hangzhou City

The 13th Hangzhou Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China held its 10th plenary session, deeply studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the important speech by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his inspection of Zhejiang. We will conscientiously implement the deployment of the 8th plenary session of the 15th Provincial Party Committee and propose the following suggestions for formulating the "15th Five-Year Plan" for the national economic and social development of our city.
