The symposium on drug regulatory legal work was held in Jinan.

On January 14th, the National Medical Products Administration held a symposium on pharmaceutical regulatory rule of law in Jinan, analyzing the current situation and discussing the key work ideas for 2026. Xu Jinghe, member of the Party Group of the National Medical Products Administration and deputy director, attended and delivered a speech. The meeting emphasized the need to deeply implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the resolutions of the previous sessions, adhere to the overall deployment specified by the National Conference on Drug Supervision and Administration, uphold the requirements of scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, fair justice, and ensuring that everyone abides by the law, focus on the central task, serve the overall situation, accelerate the improvement of the legal system for drug regulation, strengthen strict and standardized law enforcement, vigorously enhance the construction of the law enforcement team, and continuously create a new situation in pharmaceutical regulatory rule of law. During his time in Jinan, Xu Jinghe conducted field research at relevant companies and held discussions with companies on implementing corporate responsibilities and other matters.
