ST Huaxi: After the first-instance judgment of a dispute over a financing lease contract involving 31.36 million yuan, an appeal was filed.

ST Huaxi announced that, due to a dispute over a financing lease contract, Guixi Gongkong Jincheng Financing Lease Co., Ltd. sued Jiangxi Huasheng, Hengli Shengtai, Xiamen Huaheng, Cai Xian, and the company. The plaintiff requested that Jiangxi Huasheng pay 31.36 million yuan of unpaid rent at maturity and liquidated damages, and subsequently increased the demand for the company to fulfill its repurchase obligations. On January 13, 2026, the company received the first-instance judgment, and must pay the repurchase price of 31.36 million yuan to the plaintiff within 30 days of the judgment taking effect. The company is currently appealing, and the outcome of the case and its impact on profits are uncertain.
