Qingdao's residential land transaction was finalized at a minimum price of 1.015 billion yuan.

On January 14, Qingdao auctioned a residential land in the South District of the city. The land area for auction is 29,795.5 square meters, with a planned construction area of 80,800 square meters. The starting price for the floor space is 12,562 yuan per square meter, with a starting price of 1.015 billion yuan. Eventually, the plot was won by China Resources Land in partnership with Qingdao Metro at the base price, with a total transaction price of 1.015 billion yuan.
