Hunan: Strengthening the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive experimental zone.

The General Office of the People's Government of Hunan Province has issued the "Several Measures to Promote Stable Start of Economic Development in the First Quarter of 2026". It points out that efforts should be increased to support stable foreign trade. It will nurture and strengthen the main body of foreign trade, support and guide production-oriented enterprises that are suitable for export to carry out foreign trade business. It will strengthen the construction of cross-border e-commerce comprehensive pilot zones. It will continue to expand and upgrade the "Hunan Province Key Overseas Trade Fair Catalogue", and provide support for booth fees, logistics fees, and personnel expenses for companies participating in the fairs listed in the catalogue according to regulations. It will implement the "Hunan Trade Global Service Optimization Year Action Plan", establish and improve the service guarantee mechanism for key foreign trade enterprises, strengthen services such as employment and finance for key foreign trade enterprises, and provide guidance and assistance for enterprises to actively respond to unreasonable trade restrictions from foreign countries. It will introduce the "Action Plan to Double the Three-Year Non-Economic and Trade Cooperation", systematically promoting the improvement and efficiency of trade cooperation between Hunan and non-economic regions.
