China Vanke Co., Ltd. announced that a holder's meeting will be convened to discuss adjustments to the arrangements for the redemption of principal and interest of the company's bond "21 Vanke 02" in a prudent manner. The final proposal of the holder's meeting will be announced by the convener China International Trust and Investment Corporation Limited through a supplementary notice before January 16. The meeting time and other arrangements will also be explained in the supplementary notice.
