On January 13th, local time, Wolfspeed, Inc. announced the manufacturing of single-crystal 300mm silicon carbide wafers. The company's 300mm platform will be unified for high-volume manufacturing of silicon carbide power electronic devices and advanced capabilities for high-purity semi-insulating substrates used in optical and radio frequency systems.
