Dea Corporation: Elects Zhang Guotao as Chairman of the Board, Appoints Lu Yiwen as General Manager.

On the morning of January 14th, Di'A Corporation announced that the board of directors agreed to elect Zhang Guotao as the Chairman of the third board of directors, and to continue serving as the company's legal representative. They also agreed to appoint Lu Yiwen as the company's general manager, and Huang Shuirong as the company's deputy general manager, board secretary, and financial officer.
