Huasen Pharmaceutical announced that during the period from 2025 to 2026, the controlling shareholders Chengdu Dijian, You Hongtao, and Tiancheng Tianli No. 1 Private Equity Fund will reduce their holdings. Before the changes, the three of them held a total of 292 million shares, accounting for 70% of the total share capital; during the period, Chengdu Dijian reduced its holdings by 14.3732 million shares, You Hongtao reduced its holdings by 5.966 million shares, and Tiancheng Tianli No.1 Private Equity Fund reduced its holdings by 0.5408 million shares. After the changes, the three of them held a total of 271 million shares, reducing their stake to 65%. This reduction does not trigger a tender offer, does not affect the company's controlling rights, and some reduction plans have not been completed.
