Announcement from Xiling Information: Mr. He Kaiwen, one of the controlling shareholders and actual controllers, plans to transfer 36.38 million shares of the company's unrestricted tradable shares, accounting for 19.00% of the total share capital of the company, to Shanghai Shengxun Dongyue Information Technology Partnership Enterprise through an agreement. At the same time, Mr. He Kaiwen and Ms. Yue Yamei have signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Jiafeng Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., intending to transfer a total of 9.5961 million unrestricted tradable shares of the company, accounting for 5.01% of the total share capital of the company. If the above two share transfers are successfully implemented, Shanghai Shengxun will hold 19.00% of the company's shares, becoming the controlling shareholder of the company, and Shengning will become the actual controller of the company.
