Le Kai Film announced that on January 13, 2026, Lu Jianbo resigned from his position as the company's general manager near retirement, originally scheduled to serve until March 20, 2026. He will continue to serve as a director of the company and a member of the board's strategic committee. On the same day, the 35th meeting of the ninth board of directors of the company approved the appointment of Zhang Lun as the company's general manager, with a term ending when the ninth board of directors expires. Both Lu Jianbo and Zhang Lun do not hold any company shares.
