Sichuan: By 2030, the basic formation of a full-cycle, all-process green manufacturing system will be completed.

The Action Plan for Building a Full-life Cycle Green Manufacturing System in Sichuan Province has been issued, proposing to focus on empowering key industries with green and low-carbon energy, and improving the quality and output of advantageous industries, with the goal of transforming the advantage of clean energy into an advantage for green and low-carbon development, promoting the full-life cycle and full-process development of green and low-carbon manufacturing. By 2027, the full-life cycle green manufacturing system will be initially formed, and the level of green and low-carbon development in the manufacturing industry will have entered the forefront nationwide. A new round of green integration technology transformation will be completed in key industries and sectors, energy consumption and carbon emissions intensity will be further reduced, green electricity consumption will account for over 85%, and the proportion of green factory output in the total output value of large-scale manufacturing industry will reach 30%. By 2030, the full-life cycle green manufacturing system will be basically formed, large-scale industrial enterprises will complete one round or more of green integration technology transformation, and green manufacturing will become a common form of new industrialization.
