The real estate project of Prince Group in Cambodia has been banned from sales.

According to reports, after Prince Group founder Chen Zhi was arrested and deported back to China, the Cambodian Real Estate and Mortgage Supervision Bureau ordered on January 12 to temporarily suspend sales activities of five large-scale apartment and residential development projects under the Prince Group. The notice issued by the Real Estate and Mortgage Supervision Bureau stated that the suspended projects include Prince Happiness Square, Prince Golden Bay Apartments, Prince Horizon Center, Prince Sunshine One Park residential area, and Samraong Village Park residential area projects. The related projects are not allowed to carry out any new sales of houses or apartment units.
