The National Health Insurance Administration announced on January 13th that, according to the case information shared by the Supreme People's Court, Chongqing Kangrong Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. was involved in a commercial bribery case at a hospital in Chongqing, with the amount involved reaching 8 million yuan. In accordance with the relevant regulations of the credit evaluation system, the Chongqing Health Insurance Bureau has assessed the company's dishonest behavior and the amount involved in the case, determining its dishonest rating as "especially serious dishonesty" and suspending its distribution qualifications in the Chongqing pharmaceutical centralized procurement market for 5 years.
