Enterprise Check information shows that the company was established in 2022 and its business scope involves engaging in investment activities with its own funds. It is jointly funded by Shanghai Pudong Innovation Investment Development Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Pudong Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd.
