Xinyu Iron and Steel: Elect Meng Haibo as the workers' representative director.

Xinyu Iron and Steel announced that the company recently held a worker representative congress, and elected Meng Haibo as a worker representative director. His term of office will start from the resolution of this congress until the end of the tenth term of the board of directors. The company stated that after Meng Haibo takes office, the number of directors who also serve as executives and worker representatives in the tenth board of directors will not exceed half of the total number, in compliance with the company's articles of association. Meng Haibo, born in July 1987, holds a bachelor's degree and is a political worker. He has been serving as the secretary of the company's Youth League Committee since March 2025.
