BluArrow Electronics: Intends to plan to acquire at least 51% of the equity of Chengdu Chip Wing Technology Co., Ltd. in cash.

LanJian Electronics announced that it plans to acquire not less than 51% of the equity of Chengdu Xinyi Technology Co., Ltd. in cash and achieve controlling interest in the target company.
