Western Construction: Providing a 60 million RMB bank credit guarantee for its subsidiary.

The announcement of Western Construction stated that by 2025, the company agrees to provide a comprehensive bank credit guarantee amount not exceeding 1.5 billion yuan to all levels of subsidiary companies within the scope of the consolidated financial statements, with a guarantee amount of 80 million yuan for the Guizhou company. As of January 8, 2026, there have been 11 outstanding guarantees that have not yet matured. On January 9, the company signed a contract with the Chengdu Tianfu New Area Branch of China Construction Bank to provide a guarantee of 60 million yuan for the credit business of the Guizhou company, within the guarantee credit scope. The Guizhou company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and as of the announcement date, the total outstanding guarantees by the company and its subsidiaries to external parties amount to 580 million yuan, accounting for 6.12% of the net assets attributable to the parent company for 2024, with no cases of overdue guarantees, and so on.
