Zhixun Finance APP News, Shandong Road & Bridge (000498.SZ) announced that the company's subsidiary Shandong Road & Bridge Group Co., Ltd. and other holding subsidiaries of the company are planning to participate in the bidding for the construction of sections one to three of the Yiyuan to Zoucheng segment of the Weifang to Zoucheng Expressway project through a combination of construction and investment. According to the bidding plan released by the inviting party, the estimated contract amount for sections one to three of this project is 10.2 billion yuan. According to the bidding documents of this project, the maximum committed investment amount for each participating subsidiary of the company is not more than 1.457 billion yuan, and the final construction volume to be undertaken will be determined by the winning bid amount, while the final contribution amount will be determined based on a ratio of not less than 1/7 of the winning bid price.
