Zhixin Finance APP News, Aerospace Rainbow (002389.SZ) announced that in order to seize the strategic opportunity of the development of the national low-altitude economy industry, continuously improve the company's core competitiveness and profitability, Rainbow Company plans to establish a target company in partnership with Saihang Zhixing and Duliang High-tech Group in the form of equity investment. Rainbow Company plans to contribute non-monetary assets worth RMB 393 million (excluding tax) to Chongqing Saihong, subscribe for RMB 393 million of registered capital of Chongqing Saihong, and acquire a total of 43.6438% equity of the target company (the above is the value excluding tax, the specific contribution amount and proportion shall be subject to the evaluation value filed by the competent state-owned assets supervision department). In order to realize the income from the transformation of some of Rainbow Company's scientific and technological achievements, according to the transaction arrangement, Rainbow Company will carry out share transfers, and maintain a holding ratio of not less than 34%, with the transaction price based on the evaluation value at the time of equity transfer.
