The appraisal fee of 200,000 yuan paid by the appellant Diebu County Zhagana Health Preservation Real Estate Co., Ltd. is to be borne by the appellant itself. It is estimated that this litigation will have a relatively small impact on the current period's profit and uncertainty remains regarding its impact on future profits.
