Ansteel has released four high-end energy steels, achieving breakthroughs in several key technologies.
Recently, Ansteel Group Limited released four new energy steel products. These products rely on national key laboratories, national level technical centers, and other research and development platforms to overcome multiple key technologies, promoting the upgrading of equipment in new energy and traditional energy industries through material innovation. The four products are heterogeneous composite steel for nuclear power safety shell cooling auxiliary water tank, steel for steel catenary riser welding pipe, ultra-high strength corrosion-resistant steel for photovoltaic bracket, and bimetallic metallurgical composite steel for deep sea oil and gas transportation. Among them, the heterogeneous composite steel for nuclear power safety shell cooling auxiliary water tank was jointly developed for two years and was the first to be applied to third-generation pressurized water reactor nuclear power units, providing important support for the upgrade of nuclear power technology in China. The steel for steel catenary riser welding pipe fills the international gap in large-diameter thick-walled high-strength steel catenary riser materials, solving difficult problems such as low fracture toughness and insufficient fatigue resistance in deep sea oil and gas development. The ultra-high strength corrosion-resistant steel for photovoltaic bracket has the characteristics of high strength and good environmental protection, contributing to the lightweight and green development of the photovoltaic industry. The bimetallic metallurgical composite steel for deep sea oil and gas transportation combines high strength and toughness with corrosion resistance, filling the domestic gap and forming a solid "lifeline" for the transportation of deep sea oil and gas resources.
