On November 21, the Shanghai International Energy Trading Center issued a notice, planning to revise the "Shanghai International Energy Trading Center No. 20 Rubber Futures Standard Contract" and the "Shanghai International Energy Trading Center Delivery Regulations", and is now seeking public opinions. According to the revision instructions: First, it is proposed to add 20 rubber substitutes, which can be used for physical delivery of 20 rubber. It is proposed to revise the annex of the contract, based on the quality standards stipulated in the original contract as the basis for the quality standards of the "standard product", to add "substitutes", and to specify the quality standards and other requirements of the "substitutes". Second, it is proposed to revise Chapter 13 of the "Delivery Regulations" for the delivery of No. 20 rubber futures contracts, by adding the description of "standard products" and "substitutes" in relevant clauses, as well as updating the description of rubber bag film thickness to better respond to changes in national standards.
