The State Administration for Drug Control Issues Regulations on Inspection of Exported Drugs and Management of Export Certificates for Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

On November 21, according to the website of the State Drug Administration, in order to support the export trade of drugs and strengthen the management of drug production enterprises in the inspection and export certification of exported drugs, the State Drug Administration has formulated the "Regulations on the Inspection and Export Certification of Drugs Produced by Drug Production Enterprises." This regulation is hereby promulgated and shall be implemented from January 1, 2026.
