UBS: Downgrade AUB Holding (00880.HK) to "Sell" rating with a target price of 2.8 Hong Kong dollars.

According to the China Fortune Finance APP, UBS released a research report stating that RJB Gaming (00880.HK) announced a 1.75 billion Hong Kong dollar acquisition of the Gateway Hotel, including 175 million Hong Kong dollars for the acquisition of shares and approximately 1.75 billion Hong Kong dollars for repaying debts on behalf of the seller Leung On Kei. UBS gave RJB Gaming a "sell" rating with a target price of 2.8 Hong Kong dollars, and believes that this acquisition is beneficial to RJB Gaming.
