China National Pharmaceutical Group: Shen Tao resigns from the position as company director.

Guoyao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. announced on November 21 that the Board of Directors has recently received a written resignation letter from director Shen Tao. Due to work changes, Shen Tao has applied to resign from the position of director of the company. Shen Tao's resignation will take effect upon delivery of the resignation report to the Board of Directors. This resignation of the director will not result in the number of members of the Board of Directors falling below the minimum legal requirement, and will not affect the normal operation of the Board of Directors.
