On November 21st, Ideal Car announced at the Guangzhou Auto Show that it will launch the industry's first defensive automatic emergency steering AES by the end of the year. According to official disclosure, this feature will change the logic of active safety, turning active avoidance of collisions into defensive passive collisions. Defensive AES covers scenarios such as American cut-off, slow car insertion, malicious lane change, and can avoid rear-end collisions by accelerating forward or changing lanes.
