On November 19, two plots of land in Beijing were successfully sold, with a total transaction price of 3.27 billion yuan. Among them, the land plot for the first-level development project of Qiniandajie West Road dangerous renovation project in Dongcheng District was won by Beijing Chengjian Xingrui Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. with a bid of 2.028 billion yuan. The future science and technology city project in Changping District was sold at a base price of 1.24 billion yuan, and was won by Beijing Future Science and Technology City Changxin Real Estate Co., Ltd.
