Zhtng Cijng APP News, Longyuan Power (00916.HK) announced that the company has completed the issuance of commercial paper on November 19, 2025. The total amount of this commercial paper issuance is RMB 2 billion, with a maturity of 180 days, a face value of RMB 100, and a coupon rate of 1.56%. Interest will be calculated starting from November 20, 2025. The funds raised from this commercial paper issuance are intended to be used to replace existing interest-bearing debt and supplement working capital.
