Guerlain flagship store suspected of selling counterfeit goods, Guerlain and its parent company both avoided responding.
The Guerlain flagship store is still waiting for a clear response to the suspicion of selling counterfeit goods. From consumers buying questionable products, self-testing and obtaining "counterfeit" results not recognized by Guerlain, to repeated requests for Guerlain to cooperate with national testing being refused - over a month has passed, and the core demands of the consumers involved remain unanswered. Faced with inquiries, the brand's attitude is intriguing: on November 19th, Guerlain told reporters that "as long as the products are purchased from official Guerlain authorized channels, there will be no problem", but avoided specific questions; on November 20th, Daniel Jeffreys, the media contact person for the parent company LVMH in China, also evaded inquiries by citing "the brand is dealing with it directly".
