After this equity change, Peking University Medical's shareholding ratio decreased from 11.80% to 10.94%, reaching a multiple of 1%. Peking University Medical had disclosed a reduction plan on September 13, planning to reduce up to 17.8796 million shares from October 14, 2025 to January 11, 2026, accounting for 3% of the total share capital.
