ENET Intelligence & Control Technology: Subsidiary signs strategic cooperation framework agreement.

Ying Tang Zhikong announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shenzhen Ying Tang Jiguang Micro Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Ominent Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. According to the agreement, Ominent plans to outsource the customized development of MEMS chips for its LBS project and module production to Shenzhen Jiguang Micro. This agreement is a preliminary framework agreement and does not involve specific amounts, and is expected to have no significant impact on the company's operating performance in 2025.
