Xining Special Steel: Wuhu Xinze Hai has released the pledge of 4.61% of the company's shares.

Xining Special Steel announced that shareholder Wuhu Xinzehai, holding more than 5% of the shares, has released a pledge of 1.5 billion company shares, accounting for 31.5% of the total number of shares held, and 4.61% of the total share capital of the company. The release of the pledge will be effective on November 19, 2025. Wuhu Xinzehai and its concerted action parties hold a total of 687 million shares of the company, accounting for 21.09% of the total share capital of the company. After this release of pledge, the cumulative pledged shares amount to 100 million shares, accounting for 14.57% of the total shares held, and 3.07% of the total share capital of the company.
