As of press time, Sunac China (01918.HK) rose 12.03% to HK$1.49; Country Garden (02007) rose 9.28% to HK$0.53; Shimao Group (00813) rose 7.41% to HK$0.29; Vanke Enterprise (02202) rose 5.67% to HK$4.29; and Evergrande Real Estate Group (02777) rose 5% to HK$0.63.
