Suzhou launches large-scale vocational skills upgrading training initiative, aiming to cover 150,000 people within two years.

At the seventh Suzhou Skills and Talents Week launching ceremony held on November 19, Suzhou released the "Skills Illuminate the Future" large-scale vocational skills enhancement training action plan. Over the next two years, 20 departments across the city will work together to implement large-scale training in the fields of advanced manufacturing, digital economy, cross-border e-commerce, low-altitude economy, and other areas, increasing the supply of skilled talents in key industry areas. The goal is to provide subsidized vocational skills training for 150,000 people, add 180,000 new skilled talents, and train 90,000 high-skilled professionals.
