Longi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd.: Issuance of the first national private enterprise science and technology green corporate bond.

According to reports from Longi Green Energy, the company issued 14.8 billion yuan worth of technology innovation green corporate bonds for professional investors on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2025. Guosen Securities acted as the lead underwriter, bookrunner, and trustee, while CITIC Securities acted as a joint lead underwriter. The bonds have a term of 3+2 years with a coupon rate of 2.89%. This is reportedly the first technology innovation green corporate bond issued by a private company in the country.
