Black Sesame Intelligence Announcement: On November 18, 2025, Black Sesame Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jiangsu Zhichi Zhiyuan Holdings Co., Ltd. The two parties will cooperate in the application of optical communication technology in the automotive and intelligent terminal industry, automotive assisted driving, advanced packaging technology, and industrial chain capital. The cooperation includes jointly promoting the application of optical communication modules in the automotive and intelligent terminal industry, jointly developing optical and electrical co-packaging application scenarios for the next generation of in-vehicle central computing platforms; jointly developing assisted driving domain controllers for passenger and commercial vehicles based on existing automotive-grade assisted driving chips; and collaborating with Zhichi Zhiyuan and its group's diversified industrial production capabilities to jointly develop artificial intelligence industrial robot solutions for various industrial production scenarios.
