Hong Kong Customs launches the second phase of the Preparatory Program for the Duty Marking Scheme.

According to the Securities Times APP, Hong Kong Customs launched a three-month pilot program for the tax labeling system on October 6, and completed the first phase of testing earlier. The second phase of the pilot program started on November 17.
