The 24th meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states was held in Moscow on November 18. At the invitation of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang attended the meeting from November 17 to 18. According to the Russian newspaper "Izvestia," SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov recently stated that the focus of this meeting would be on implementing the decisions made by the leaders of the member states at various meetings, including this year's SCO summit in Tianjin. The participants, including heads of government and senior representatives from various countries, discussed comprehensive and steady implementation of the SCO's development strategy by 2035, which includes expanding cooperation in trade, economics, culture, humanities, and focusing on cooperation in areas such as digital economy, artificial intelligence, and green industries.
