The plan proposes to support the vigorous development of residential services such as housekeeping and elderly care. Encourage and guide financial institutions within their jurisdiction to cooperate with housekeeping companies in innovation, provide special financial services for household service practitioners in terms of accommodation and car purchase, reduce the entry costs for household service practitioners, and meet their financial needs in Beijing. Support financial institutions to innovate service models for the construction, operation, and renovation of institutions in the elderly care and health sectors, expand the scope of collateral, and meet the funding needs of institutions in the elderly care and health sectors.
